Discord Customer Role

When you purchase a script from Alpha Scripts, you’ll automatically receive the Customer role in our Discord server. This role grants you access to exclusive channels, product updates, and customer-only support areas.

🧩 Automatic Role Assignment

If you were already a member of our Discord server at the time of purchase, the Customer role should be automatically assigned to your account. Please make sure that the Discord account linked to your Tebex purchase is the same one you use in our server.

⚙️ If You Didn’t Get the Role

If the role wasn’t assigned automatically — or if you joined the Discord after purchasing — you can manually claim it using the following command in the 🤖│commands channel:

🆘 Still Not Working?

If the command doesn’t resolve the issue, please open a ticket in the 📩│open-ticket channel and provide your Tebex purchase information. Our team will manually verify your purchase and assign the role as soon as possible.
