πŸ”’Escrow

πŸ”’ What is Escrow?

Escrow is a system that keeps scripts safe while letting you use them on your server. When you buy an escrowed script, the core code is protected so it cannot be copied or shared. You can still configure and run the script normally, but you can only edit the allowed files, such as config or locale files.

πŸ› οΈ Common Errors

1) Error parsing script / Failed to load script

Your server artifacts are likely outdated. Update your server to version 5181 or above.

2) You lack the required entitlement to use alpha-ResourceName

Try restarting your server and make sure your server license key is correct. If you bought the resource on the wrong account, you can transfer it to another account on keymaster.

3) Failed to verify protected resource

Files were possibly corrupted during transfer. Ensure hidden files are copied; the .fxap file in a protected resource must be included. Some FTP programs skip these files.
